Le Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat, plus haute juridiction administrative du pays, s&rsquo;est prononc\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises sur cette question et a estim\u00e9 que le port de l&rsquo;abaya pouvait \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un signe religieux ostensible lorsqu&rsquo;il est associ\u00e9 au foulard islamique.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ainsi, si l&rsquo;interdiction de porter une abaya seule ne semble pas justifi\u00e9e au regard du principe de neutralit\u00e9 scolaire, elle peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme ill\u00e9gale lorsqu&rsquo;elle est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un autre signe religieux ostentatoire.
