Parmi ces droits, certains sont garantis par la justice divine et d&rsquo;autres par la justice humaine.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">a. La protection divine<\/span><\/h3><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">L&rsquo;opprim\u00e9, quel que soit son statut ou sa condition, a le droit de se tourner vers Allah pour obtenir justice. L&rsquo;Islam enseigne que l\u2019invocation de l\u2019opprim\u00e9 est toujours exauc\u00e9e. Le Proph\u00e8te Muhammad (que la paix soit sur Lui) a dit : \u00ab Crains l\u2019invocation de celui que tu as opprim\u00e9, car entre elle et Allah il n\u2019y a pas de voile. \u00bb (Rapport\u00e9 par Al-Boukhari et Muslim).<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Cela signifie que lorsqu&rsquo;une personne subit une injustice, Allah \u00e9coute directement ses pri\u00e8res, sans interm\u00e9diaire, et r\u00e9pond \u00e0 ses demandes de justice.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">b. Le soutien des croyants<\/span><\/h3><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">L\u2019opprim\u00e9 a \u00e9galement le droit de recevoir le soutien et la solidarit\u00e9 de la communaut\u00e9 musulmane. Le Proph\u00e8te Muhammad (que la paix soit sur Lui) a conseill\u00e9 : \u00ab Aidez votre fr\u00e8re, qu\u2019il soit injuste ou opprim\u00e9. \u00bb Les compagnons s\u2019\u00e9tonn\u00e8rent : \u00ab \u00d4 Messager d\u2019Allah !
