1. Dua for Parents

  • In Arabic: رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
  • In English: "My Lord! Have mercy on them as they raised me when I was a child."
  • Phonetic: Rabbi, irhamhumâ kamâ rabbayanî saghîran.

2. Dua for Performing Prayer Regularly

  • In Arabic: رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِي رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ
  • In English: "O my Lord! Make me an establisher of prayer, and [also] from my descendants. Our Lord, accept my supplication!"
  • Phonetic: Rabbi Aj'alni Muqima As-Salaati Wa Min Dhurriyati Rabbana Wa Taqabbal Du'aï.

3. Dua for Parents (Forgiveness)

  • In Arabic: رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ
  • In English: "Our Lord! Forgive me, my parents, and the believers on the Day of Reckoning."
  • Phonetic: Rabbana Aghfir Li Wa Liwalidayya Wa Lilmu’minina Yawma Yaqûmu Al-Hisabu.

4. Dua for Gaining Knowledge

  • In Arabic: رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا
  • In English: "O my Lord, increase me in knowledge."
  • Phonetic: Rabbi Zidni 'Ilman.

5. The Most Repeated Dua of the Prophet (peace be upon Him)

  • In Arabic: رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
  • In English: "Our Lord! Grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter and save us from the punishment of the Fire."
  • Phonetic: Allahoumma Rabbana Atina Fi Dounia Hasana Wa Fil Akhirati Hasana Wa Qina 'Adhaba Nar.

6. Dua for Allah’s Help

  • In Arabic: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
  • In English: "There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers."
  • Phonetic: La ilaha ila ant, Soubhanaka, Inni kountou mina dhalimîn.

7. Dua for Halal Provision

  • In Arabic: اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلَالِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ
  • In English: "O Allah, suffice me with what You have made lawful over what You have prohibited, and enrich me with Your bounty over all else."
  • Phonetic: Allahoumma kfini bi-halalika han haramika wa ghinî bi-fadlika hamman siwak.

8. Morning Dua for a Beneficial Day

  • In Arabic: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا
  • In English: "O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, halal sustenance, and accepted deeds."
  • Phonetic: Allahoumma inni as'aluka 'Ilman naafi'an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan.

9. Dua for Accepted Deeds

  • In Arabic: رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ العَلِيمُ
  • In English: "Our Lord! Accept this from us. Indeed, You are the Hearing, the Knowing."
  • Phonetic: Rabbana Taqabbal Minna Innaka 'Anta As-Sami'u Al-'Alimu.

10. Dua for Repentance

  • In Arabic: رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ التَّوَّابُ الغَفُورُ
  • In English: "My Lord! Forgive me and accept my repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of Repentance, the Merciful."
  • Phonetic: Rabbi Ghfir Li Wa Toub 'Alaya Innaka Anta Tawwaboul Ghafour.
