Phonetic: "Allahumma inni 'abduka wa ibnu 'abdika wa ibnu amatika, na-siyati bi-yadika, ma-din fiyya hukmuka, 'adlun fiyya qada'uka. As'aluka bi-kulli ismin huwa laka sammayta bihi nafsaka, aw anzaltahu fi kitabika, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqika, aw ista'tharta bihi fi 'ilmil-ghaybi 'indaka, an taj'alal-Qur'ana rabbi'a qalbi, wa noora sadri, wa jalaa'a huzni, wa dhahaba hammi."
Translation: "O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My fate is in Your hands, Your judgment upon me is just. I beseech You with every name You have named Yourself, revealed in Your Book, taught to anyone from Your creation, or kept hidden in Your knowledge of the unseen, to make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the dispeller of my worries."
