What does this free Arabic course include?

This hub brings together several complementary lessons to learn the basics of the Arabic language. It does not replace private lessons with a teacher, but it is an excellent first step to discover the language and structure your learning.

  • Arabic reading: practice reading words, simple sentences and short texts in Arabic.
  • Arabic grammar: discover essential topics such as nouns, verbs, nominal sentences, adjectives, pronouns and prepositions.

Prerequisite: knowing how to read the Arabic alphabet

If you do not yet know the Arabic letters, short vowels, long vowels, sukoon, shaddah or tanween, it is better to start with the free Arabic alphabet course.

Once you have learned the basics of reading, you can use this page to move on to Arabic grammar, conjugation, expression and understanding simple texts.
